Welcome to Dine Fine Montana, a lifestyle blog focused on showing you our operations here at RadFoods MT, as well as sharing recipes, traditions, cooking tips & tricks, and cool experiences.
RadFoods MT was started five years ago with one goal in mind, to foster community through fine dining. We want our customers to make memories that will last a lifetime over meals they’ll never forget. I’ve grown RadFoods MT from a one man show to a team of four, and we’re ready to take on any meal you desire. Nothing is off limits!
If you’re new to my work, you might be asking, what is this kick*ss chef doing all the way up in Montana? Well, I’d be delighted to tell you.
Bozeman, Montana is a quaint town with robust character nestled in the Rocky Mountains. With Big Sky being just 45 minutes away, the ski season here is constantly bustling with avid skiers and hunters. That’s where I come in. While I serve clients year round, October - March is without a doubt my busiest season. My clients like to come to the mountains for a retreat, not wanting to lift a finger, but still wow their guests with all the bells and whistles. So, they hire me.
None of my work is a rinse and repeat process. Each client has their own custom tailored menu down to the last garnish. Whether they’re hosting a dinner party for 12, or a charity gala for 500, they know they can rely on me for end-to-end service.
Montana also fits my personal brand. I’m not one for stuffy restaurants where you feel like you can’t put your elbows on the table or relax and unwind. But, I also do not like to create food that appeals to the masses. My ideal meal is an open-fire pit dinner, with picnic tables, fine wine, fresh produce, river-side, over looking a mountain range. Elegant food served in natural elegance.
